Barbie in Princess Power is a 2015 Hindi-language Animation Family motion picture directed by Ezekiel Norton and produced by Mattel Creations under the banner of Mainframe Entertainment in collaboration with Curious Pictures , Rainmaker Studios , Arc Productions and Technicolor. One day, after being kissed by a magical butterfly, Kara soon discovers she has amazing super powers allowing her to transform into Super Sparkle, her secret, crime-fighting alter ego who flies around the kingdom ready to save the day! But it's not long before her jealous cousin catches the butterfly and also transforms - this time into Dark Sparkle, her nemesis. Barbie in princess power features Kelly Sheridan in the title role along with an ensemble cast including Britt Irvin, Michael Kopsa, Rebecca Husain, Chelsea Miller, Kira Tozer and Patricia Drake. It was released on 12th March 2015. Distribution rights for the movie were acquired by Artisan Entertainment.
