Cake is a 2018 Urdu-language Drama Mystery film written and directed by Asim Abbasi and produced by Sayed Zulfiqar Abbas Bukhari under the banner of Indus Takies in collaboration with ZAB Films. A woman who takes care of her aging parents and their land is joined by her sister when their parents' health worsens. Cake stars Sanam Saeed, Aamina Sheikh, Adnan Malik, Beo Zafar, Syed Muhammad Ahmad, Mohammad Ahmad and Bob D'erlanger. The music was composed by The Sketches. Cinematography was done by Mo Azmi and editing by Aarti Bajaj. It was released on 29th March 2018 in Urdu and Sindhi languages. The Film was successful at box office. Cake was made on a budget of ₹5 crore and it was a super hit at box office gross of ₹12 crore. Distribution rights for the motion picture were acquired by B4U Motion Pictures.
