Chakravyuha is a 1978 Hindi-language Action Crime motion picture written by Jainendra Jain and directed by Basu Chatterjee and produced by Yusuf Hassan and Rajesh Khanna. Chakravyuha features Rajesh Khanna in the title role along with an ensemble cast including Vinod Mehra, Neetu Singh, Neetu Singh Kapoor, Simple Kapadia, Pradeep Kumar and Deven Verma. The motion picture is based on The Thirty-Nine Steps by John Buchan. The music was composed by Laxmikant Shantaram Kudalkar along with Pyarelal Ramprasad Sharma and Laxmikant Pyarelal. Cinematography was done by K. K. Mahajan. It was released on 1st January 1978.
