Chase Step by Step is a 1974 Mandarin-language Action motion picture written by Yang Hsiang and directed by Yu Min Sheong and produced by C.y. Yang and T.k. Yang under the banner of Hai Hua Cinema Company in collaboration with Lee Ming Film Company. Two circus performers are tasked with escorting relief in the form of gold bullion to a region hit by drought. On the way they are beset by countless bandits.
