Chellata is a 2006 Kannada-language Comedy Drama motion picture directed by M.d. Sridhar and M. D. Sridhar and produced by Jagadish Kotyan under the banner of Bhoomi Productions. Chellata features Ganesh, Rekha Vedavyas, Devaraj, Avinash, Mohan Juneja, Tennis Krishna and Rekha Vedavyasa. The screenplay is written by M. D. Sridhar which is inspired from Pulival Kalyanam. The music was composed by Filmfare Award winner Gurukiran Shetty. Cinematography was done by Sundarnath Suvarna and editing by P. R. Soundar Raj. The film has a running time of 157 minutes. It was released on 21st April 2006.
