Danny Collins is a 2015 English-language Comedy Drama motion picture written and directed by Dan Fogelman and produced by Jessie Nelson, Nimitt Mankad, Denise Di Novi and Shivani Rawat under the banner of Big Indie Pictures in collaboration with ShivHans Pictures. An aging rock star decides to change his life when he discovers a 40-year-old letter written to him by John Lennon. Danny collins features Al Pacino in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including Annette Bening, Jennifer Garner, Bobby Cannavale, Christopher Plummer, Katarina Cas and Giselle Eisenberg. The music was composed by Ryan Adams along with Theodore Shapiro. Cinematography was done by Steve Yedlin and editing by Julie Monroe. The film has a running time of 107 minutes.
