Dark Tide is a 2012 English-language Adventure Drama film written by Ronnie Christensen and Amy Sorlie. The movie is directed by John Stockwell and produced by Jeanette B. Milio under the banner of Infinite Ammo Motion Picture Company. A professional diver tutor returns to deep waters after 1 year, following an almost fatal encounter with a great white shark. The nightmare from the deep is still lurking - carnivorous and hungry than ever. Dark tide features Halle Berry in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including Olivier Martinez, Ralph Brown, Sizwe Msutu, Mark Elderkin, Thoko Ntshinga and Henrik Vos.
