Desi Boyz is a 2011 Hindi-language Comedy Drama film written by Rohit Dhawan, Renuka Kunzru and Milap Zaveri. The movie is directed by Rohit Dhawan and produced by Jyoti Deshpande, Krishika Lulla, Ram Mirchandani and Vijay Ahuja. Two friends lose their jobs, then part bitterly after they get exposed as male escorts. Desi boyz features Akshay Kumar in the title role along with an ensemble cast including John Abraham, Deepika Padukone, Chitrangada Singh, Anupam Kher, Sanjay Dutt and Chitrangda Singh. The screenplay is written by Rohit Dhawan. The music was composed by Pritam Chakraborty along with Sandeep Shirodkar. Cinematography was done by Natarajan Subramaniam and editing by Nitin Rokade.
