Devta is a 1956 Hindi-language Adventure Drama film written by Pandit Mukhram Sharma and directed by Pattana and produced by Narayanan Iyengar under the banner of Narayanan Company Production. Devta stars Gemini Ganesan, Anjali Devi, Vyjayanthimala Bali, Kamala Kumari, Nambiar, Krishna Kumari and K.r. Ramaswamy. The screenplay is written by Pattana. The music was composed by C. Ramchandra. The motion picture has a running time of 178 min. It was released on 1st January 1956. Devta was made on a budget of ₹2 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹1 crore. Distribution rights for the movie were acquired by Rajshri Productions.
