Dil is a 2003 Telugu-language Action Romance motion picture written by Ramana Chintapally, V.v. Vinayak and Chintapalli Ramana. The movie is directed by Anurag Kashyap, Vinayak V.v. and Nagnath S. Inamdar and produced by Dil Raju and Giri under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations. nu has enrolled at the same college attended by Nandini, the only daughter of a don. nu is angry when her father's men beat him just because they think the two are falling in love, but it also becomes a challenge to win Nandini. Dil features Nitin in the title role along with an ensemble cast including Prakash Raj, Matthew Douglas, Nithiin Kumar Reddy, Pankaj Advani, Neha Bam and Amal Mallik. The music was composed by Sandhya Mridul along with R. P. Patnaik. It was released on 4th April 2003. The Film was successful at box office. Dil was made on a budget of ₹2 crore and it was a super hit at box office gross of ₹11 crore. Distribution rights for the film were acquired by Sri Venkateswara Creations.
