Ek-Hi-Rasta is a 1956 Hindi-language Family Drama film written by Mukhram Sharma and directed by B.r. Chopra and B. R. Chopra and produced by B. R. Chopra under the banner of B. R. Films. Amar, Malti, and their young son, Raja, live a middle-class, but very harmonious life. Both Amar and Malti were brought up in an orphanage.. Ek-hi-rasta features Ashok Kumar in the title role along with an ensemble cast including Sunil Dutt, Meena Kumari, Daisy Irani, Shrinath, Ashok Kumar Ganguly and Meena Kumari Bano.
