Embrace follows body image activist Taryn Brumfitt's crusade as she explores the global issue of body loathing, inspiring us to change the way we feel about ourselves and think about our bodies. Embrace stars Taryn Brumfitt, Renee Airya, Jade Beall, Amanda De Cadenet, Mia Freedman, Harnaam Kaur and Tina. The music was composed by Benjamin Speed. Cinematography was done by Hugh Fenton and editing by Lindi Harrison and Bryan Mason. The motion picture has a running time of 90 minutes. It was released on 4th August 2016 and it received positive reviews from critics when it was released. Distribution rights for the film were acquired by Transmission Films.
