Inspired by the popular tale of Red Riding Hood, this Malaysian Tamil slasher film, which gives a dark twist to the story, tells of the painful journey of a girl. En veetu thottathil features Jaya Ganason in the title role along with an ensemble cast including Mohanaraj, Mahesan Poobalan, Yugendran Maniam, Haridhass, Yotes and Viknesh Prabu. The music was composed by Shameshan Mnai Maran. Cinematography was done by V. G. Ravyn Manogaran and editing by Shanker Indra. The series has a running time of 127 minutes for each episode.
