Flight to Nowhere is a 1946 English-language Crime Drama movie written by Arthur V. Jones and directed by William Rowland and produced by William B. David under the banner of Golden Gate Pictures. Alan Curtis plays Holby Carrington, a pilot who owns a charter aircraft. A dodgy party of well to do people charter his plane to go to Death Valley but it soon becomes apparent that there is something brewing with a plot which involves selling a map to would be dodgy businessmen giving the location of a plutonium deposit necessary for atomic bombs. Carrington is the mans man, the handsome good guy who is also investigating with the aid of an ex boss and CIA back room staff member. Written by North Star. Flight to nowhere stars Alan Curtis, Evelyn Ankers, Micheline Cheirel, Jack Holt, Jerome Cowan, John Craven and Donald Kerr. The music was composed by Carl Hoefle along with Bert Reisfeld. Cinematography was done by Marcel Le Picard and editing by Gregg C. Tallas. The motion picture has a running time of 79 minutes. It was released on 1st October 1946. Distribution rights for the motion picture were acquired by Screen Guild Productions.
