Flushed Away is a 2006 English-language Animation Adventure motion picture written by Christopher Lloyd, Dick Clement, Ian La Frenais, Joe Keenan, William Davies, Sam Fell and Peter Lord. The movie is directed by David Bowers and Sam Fell and produced by Cecil Kramer, Peter Lord and David Sproxton under the banner of Aardman Animations in collaboration with Dreamworks Animation. The story of an uptown rat that gets flushed down the toilet from his penthouse apartment, ending in the sewers of London, where he has to learn a whole new and different way of life. Flushed away stars Hugh Jackman in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including Kate Winslet, Jean Reno, Bill Nighy, Andy Serkis, Shane Richie and Ian Mckellen. The screenplay is written by Dick Clement, Ian La Frenais, Chris Lloyd, Joe Keenan and William Davies. The music was composed by Harry Gregson-williams.
