French Viplavam is a 2018 Malayalam-language Romance Drama film written by Anwar Ali and directed by Maju and produced by Shajeer Jaleel & Jafar Khan. On 1st April 1996, the Kerala government had taken an initiative to prohibit arrack shops, which had led many alcoholics in awful situations. What follows, is how they prevailed over this change. French viplavam features Sunny Wayne, Chemban Vinod Jose, Sasi Kalinga, Arya Salim, Lukman, Noby Marcose and Pouly Valsan. The screenplay is written by Anwar Ali & Shajeer Jaleel. The music was composed by Prashant Pillai. Cinematography was done by Pappinu and editing by Deepu Joseph. It was released on 1st October 2018.
