Gaon Tasa Changala is a 2008 Marathi-language Comedy Drama motion picture. Gaon tasa changala features Kishori Ambiye in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including Sadashiv Amrapurkar, Naina Apte, Vasant Badke, Nagesh Bhonsle, Suresh Borde and Vijay Chavan. It was released on 1st January 2009. The villagers are not interested in any development. One day a 75 year old retired school Teacher arrives in the village to start the school.Initially no one responds to his call and so he decides to leave. But one illiterate who desires to become literate stops the retired school teacher from leaving the village.
