Gongjo is a 2017 Korean-language Action Adventure motion picture written by Yoon Hyun-ho and directed by Kim Sung-hoon and produced by Jk Youn and Yoon Je-kyoon under the banner of JK Film. When a crime organization from North Korea crosses borders and enters South Korean soil, a South Korean detective must cooperate with a North Korean detective to investigate their whereabouts. Gongjo features Hyun Bin, Yoo Hae-jin, Kim Joo-hyuk, Hae-jin Yoo, Ju-hyuk Kim, Hae-young Lee and Shin Hyon Bin. The music was composed by Hwang Sang-joon. Cinematography was done by Lee Sung-jae and editing by Lee Jin. The motion picture has a running time of 125 minutes. It was released on 18th January 2017. The Film was successful at box office. Gongjo was made on a budget of ₹85 lakh and it was a super hit at box office gross of $58 million. Distribution rights for the motion picture were acquired by CJ Entertainment.
