Halloween II is a 2009 American English-language Horror motion picture featuring Malcolm Mcdowell, Tyler Mane, Sheri Moon Zombie, Brad Dourif, Danielle Harris, Scout Taylor-compton and Scott M. Yaffee. The movie is based on Characters by John Carpenter and Debra Hill. Picking up where the 2007 film ended and then jumping ahead one year, Halloween II follows Laurie Strode as she deals with the aftermath of the previous film's events, Dr. Loomis who is trying to capitalize on those events by publishing a new book that chronicles everything that happened, and Michael Myers as he continues his search for Laurie so that he can reunite with his sister. Halloween II was Produced by Malek Akkad, Andy Gould and Rob Zombie. The motion picture is written and directed by Rob Zombie. Dimension Films acquired the distribution rights for the film. Halloween II was released on 22nd October 2009 and takes a screen time of 105 minutes. The Film was successful at box office.
