Hangama is a 2003 Hindi-language Comedy Drama film written by Priyadarshan Nair and Neeraj Vora. The movie is directed by Priyadarshan Nair. The story of a bunch of misfits whose misconception about each others backgrounds end up in a series of chaotic, yet comic outcomes. Hangama stars Akshaye Khanna in the title role along with an ensemble cast including Aftab Shivdasani, Rimi Sen, Paresh Rawal, Shakti Kapoor, Rajpal Yadav and Tiku Talsania. It was released on 1st August 2003. The Film was successful at box office. Hangama was made on a budget of ₹6 crore and it was a super hit at box office gross of ₹20 crore.
