Hellboy is a 2004 English-language Action Fantasy motion picture written by Guillermo Del Toro, Peter Briggs and Mike Mignola. The movie is directed by Guillermo Del Toro and produced by Lawrence Gordon, Lloyd Levin and Mike Richardson. A demon, raised from infancy after being conjured by and rescued from the Nazis, grows up to become a defender against the forces of darkness. Hellboy stars Ron Perlman, Selma Blair, Jeffrey Tambor, Karel Roden, Rupert Evans, John Hurt and Helene Wilson. The screenplay is written by Guillermo del Toro which is inspired from Hellboy by Mike Mignola. The music was composed by Marco Beltrami.
