High Fidelity is a 2000 English-language Comedy Drama movie written by Nick Hornby, D.v. Devincentis, Steve Pink, John Cusack and Scott Rosenberg. The movie is directed by Stephen Frears and produced by Tim Bevan and Rudd Simmons under the banner of Touchstone Pictures in collaboration with Working Title Films, Dogstar Films and New Crime Productions. Rob, a record store owner and compulsive list maker, recounts his top five breakups, including the one in progress.
