Idhu Oru Thodarkathai is a 1987 Tamil-language Drama Romance movie written and directed by Anu Mohan and produced by V.devarajan and K.ganeshan under the banner of Royal India Creations. Radha learns about her terminal illness and decides to leave her house. She befriends Ravi and agrees to marry him on the condition that he would remarry after her ill-fated death. Idhu oru thodarkathai stars Mohan in the title role along with Goundamani, Kamala Kamesh, Rekha Mallick, Senthil, Sukumari Bhimsingh and Amala Akkineni in supporting roles. The music was composed by National Award winner Ilaiyaraaja along with Gangai Amaran. It was released on 14th August 1987.
