Idi Muzhakkam is a 1980 Malayalam-language film written by Sreekumaran Thampi and directed by Shrikumaran Thampi and Sreekumaran Thampi and produced by Sreekumaran Thampi under the banner of Bhavani Rajeswari. A group of villagers come together to fight against the atrocities of their landlords and amongst them is Bheeman, a man who turns against his master of several years and joins the revolution. Idi muzhakkam features Jayan, Sukumaran, Lalu Alex, Govindankutti, Janardanan, Manavalan Joseph and Sukumari Bhimsingh. The screenplay is written by Sreekumaran Thampi. The music was composed by Shyam. Cinematography was done by Anandakkuttan and editing by K. Narayanan. Distribution rights for the motion picture were acquired by Bhavani Rajeswari.
