Ishtakamya is a 2016 Kannada-language Drama Romance movie written by Dodderi Venkatagiri Rao, Nagathihalli Chandrashekar and Yograj Bhat. The movie is directed by Nagathihalli Chandrashekar and Nagathihalli Chandrashekhar and produced by Y. N. Shankare Gowda under the banner of Nagathihalli Cine Creations. Rich Dr.Akarsh and young middle class girl Acchari meet by accident, and m to have the perfect romance going for them. Just when you think there's a happily ever after, there enters the other woman, Aditi. Ishtakamya stars Vijay Suriya in the title role along with an ensemble cast including Mayuri Kyatari, Kavya Shetty, Rangayana Raghu, Mandya Ramesh, B. Jayashree and Vijay Suriya Siddarth. The screenplay is written by Nagathihalli Chandrashekhar which is inspired from Ishtakamya by Dodderi Venkatagirirao. The music was composed by B. Ajaneesh Loknath.
