Jaesim is a 2017 Korean-language Crime Drama film written and directed by Kim Tae-yoon and produced by Yoon Ki-ho under the banner of Idioplan. Hyun-Woo, who is the sole witness to the murder of a taxi driver, is accused of committing the crime and persecuted and prosecuted. He is sentenced to a sentence of ten years. An opportunistic lawyer picks up the case sensing an opportunity, which leads to a struggle to reclaim justice. Written by aghaemi. Jaesim features Jung Woo in the title role along with an ensemble cast including Kang Ha-neul, Jung-eun Lee, Jae-young Han, Min Jin-woong, Hyun-sook Jun and Woo Jung. The music was composed by Han Jae-kwon. Cinematography was done by Kim Il-yeon and editing by Kim Sang-bum and Kim Jae-bum. The motion picture has a running time of 119 minutes. It was released on 15th February 2017. The motion picture made a box office gross of $17 million. Distribution rights for the movie were acquired by Opus Pictures.
