Jeena Yahan is a 1979 Hindi-language Drama motion picture written by Salil Choudhury and directed by Basu Chatterjee and produced by Khurshed Lawyer and N.p. Ali. Jeena yahan features Shabana Azmi in the title role along with an ensemble cast including Amol Palekar, Zarina Wahab, Vidya Sinha, Desh Maheshwari, Soni Razdan and Shekhar Kapur. The motion picture is based on Ekhane Aakash Neyi by Manu Bhandari. The music was composed by Salil Choudhury along with Salil Chowdhury. Cinematography was done by K. K. Mahajan. It was released on 1st January 1979.
