Junior Prom is a 1946 English-language Comedy Musical film written by Erna Lazarus And Hal Collins and directed by Arthur Dreifuss and produced by Maurice Duke and Sam Katzman. A rich man's son is running for student body president in the local high school, and the boy's father tells the school principal that if his son wins the election, he'll make a sizable donation to the school that will pay for the football team's much-needed uniforms. Junior prom features Freddie Stewart in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including June Preisser, Judy Clark, Noel Neill, Jackie Moran, Frankie Darro and Warren Mills. Cinematography was done by Ira H. Morgan and editing by William Austin. The motion picture has a running time of 65 minutes. It was released on 11th May 1946. Distribution rights for the motion picture were acquired by Monogram Pictures.
