Kannoor is a 1997 Malayalam-language Thriller motion picture written by Robin Thirumala and Raveendran. The movie is directed by K.k. Haridas and produced by M. Mohan Kumar and Tony. As comrades get killed and injured in a police firing made illegally to cater to a political leader, they should avenge under the leadership of Kannur based Communist comrade Karivallur Sivankutty. Kannoor features Manoj K. Jayan, Vani Viswanath, Geetha Vasan, Mammukoya, Narendra Prasad, Vijayakumar and Rashmi Soman. The music was composed by Filmfare Award winner Raveendran. Cinematography was done by P. Sukumar and editing by K. Sankunni. It was released on 1st January 1997.
