Kariyam Nisaram is a 1983 Malayalam-language Drama Family film written and directed by Balachandra Menon and produced by Raju Mathew under the banner of Century Films. Kariyam nisaram stars Prem Nazir, Balachandra Menon, Lakshmi, Poornima Jayaram, K.p. Ummer, Jalaja and Sukumari Bhimsingh. The music was composed by Kannur Rajan along with Johnson. Cinematography was done by Anandakuttan and editing by G. Venkitaramanan. It was released on 1st January 1983. Distribution rights for the film were acquired by Century Films.
