Bharat is a star reporter for Khabardar newspaper and gives it a perfect headline his boss Gauri Shingarpure is never satisfied with his work and wants from him Bharat is in love with Priyanka and devotes his time between the two,Maruti Kamble a truck driver lives with his wife Tulsi, two daughters and his mother he lives a simple honest life and doesn't get privacy with his wife due to his mother,Bharat and Maruti meet and become good friends,Bharat is fed up with his boss and quits his job to marry Priyanka by becoming son in law of their house,Maruti is called to pick a passenger at a bungalow and notices that he is non other than wanted criminal Anna Chimbori. Khabardaar features Bharat Jadhav in the title role along with an ensemble cast including Sanjay Narvekar, Nirmiti Sawant, Vinay Apte, Makarand Anaspure, Vijay Chavan and Kishori Godbole. The screenplay is written by Abhiram Bhadkamkar. The music was composed by Ashok Patki. Cinematography was done by Shyam Chavan. It was released on 1st January 2005.
