KIDU is a 2018 English-language Action motion picture directed by Luis Prieto and produced by Gregory Chou, Lorenzo Di Bonaventura, Erik Howsam, Joey Tufaro, Taylar Wesley, Elaine Goldsmith-thomas and Halle Berry under the banner of Di Bonaventura Pictures in collaboration with Gold Star Films, 606 Films and Lotus Entertainment. Five Class 11 students continue with their mischievous ways till a new teacher joins their school and puts her faith in them, despite the opposition from other faculty. While the boys change their ways, a shocking incident leaves a lasting impact in their lives. Kidu stars Halle Berry in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including Sage Correa, Chris Mcginn, Lew Temple, Leona Lishoy, John Minon and Ramzan Muhammed. The screenplay is written by Knate Lee. The music was composed by Federico Jusid. Cinematography was done by Flavio Martinez Labiano and editing by Avi Youabian. The movie has a running time of 81 minutes. It was released on 29th June 2018. The Film was successful at box office. KIDU was made on a budget of $21 million and it was a hit at box office gross of $34 million. Distribution rights for the film were acquired by Aviron Pictures.
