Like a Virgin is a 2006 Korean-language Comedy Sport motion picture written and directed by Lee Hae-jun and Lee Hae-young and produced by Cha Seung-jae, Kim Mi-hee, Kim Moo-ryoung, Im Choong-ryul and Yun Sang-oh. OH Dong-gu believes himself to be female. Although overweight and on the short side, he dreams of becoming perfect some day, and devotes himself to mimicking Madonna's singing and dancing after school. To cover the costs of transsexual surgery, he decides to enter a wrestling competition. Like a virgin features Ryu Deok-hwan, Baek Yoon-sik, Lee Eon, Lee Sang-ah, Kim Yoon-seok, Yun-shik Baek and Mi-yeong Yun. The music was composed by Kim Hong-jib. Cinematography was done by Jo Yong-gyu and editing by Nam Na-yeong. The film has a running time of 116 minutes. It was released on 31st August 2006. The Film was successful at box office. Like a Virgin was made on a budget of ₹25 lakh and it was a hit at box office gross of $3 million. Distribution rights for the film were acquired by CJ Entertainment.
