Mad Money is a 2008 English-language Comedy Crime motion picture written by Glenn Gers, John Mister, Neil Mckay and Terry Winsor. The movie is directed by Callie Khouri and produced by Jay Cohen and Frank Demartini under the banner of Millennium Films in collaboration with Lightspeed Media, Swingin' Productions, Big City Pictures, Granada Productions, MMoney and Grand Army Entertainment. Three female employees of the Federal Reserve plot to steal money that is about to be destroyed. Mad money features Diane Keaton in the title role along with an ensemble cast including Queen Latifah, Katie Holmes, Ted Danson, Stephen Root, Christopher Mcdonald and Adam Rothenberg. The music was composed by James Newton Howard along with Marty Davich. Cinematography was done by John Bailey and editing by Wendy Greene Bricmont. The movie has a running time of 104 minutes. It was released on 17th January 2008. Mad Money was made on a budget of $22 million and it was a hit at box office gross of $26 million. Distribution rights for the movie were acquired by Overture Films.
