From people's eyes he ms like a sadistic cop who give no mercy to his enemy. But, deep inside his heart Ji-wook hides his desire to become a woman. Man on high heels features Cha Seung-won, Oh Jung-se, Seung-won Cha, Jeong-se Oh, Som E., Kil-kang Ahn and Young-chang Song. The music was composed by Kim Jung-woo.
