Man Pasand is a 1980 Hindi-language Comedy Drama film written and directed by Basu Chatterjee and produced by Amit Khanna. Kamli belongs to a poor family. She sells datuns for a living. She sells them in local suburban trains as well as on railway platforms.. Man pasand stars Dev Anand in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including Tina Munim, Tina Ambani, Girish Karnad, Mehmood Ali, Simple Kapadia and Jalal Agha. The movie is based on Pygmalion by George Bernard Shaw. The music was composed by Rajesh Roshan. Cinematography was done by K. K. Mahajan and editing by Babu Sheikh. It was released on 11th June 1980.
