Matinee is a 2010 Malayalam-language Romance Drama motion picture written by Anil Narayanan and directed by Aneesh Upasana and produced by Aopl Entertainment under the banner of AOPL Entertainment. Najeeb, a young man and Savithri, a poor woman dream to become movie stars. Luckily, they receive an opportunity to work as lead actors in a film, but it cause problems in their lives. Matinee features Maqbool Salmaan, Fathima Babu, Lena Abhilash, Mythili Balachandran and Thalaivasal Vijay. The music was composed by Ratheesh Vegha along with Anand Raj Anand and Gopi Sundar.
