Mattupetti Machan is a 1998 Malayalam-language Comedy Drama motion picture written by Vinu Kiriyeth and directed by Jose Thomas and produced by Vinu Kiriyeth, Gopikrishnan, Vinu Kiriyath and Kannan Nair under the banner of Gopurachithra. Mattupetti machan stars Baiju, Jagathy Sreekumar, Oduvil Unnikrishnan, Kalabhavan Navas, Sree Lakshmi, Mukesh Babu and Tony. The screenplay is written by Uday Krishna and Siby K. Thomas. The music was composed by C.thankaraj. Cinematography was done by Sree Shankar and editing by K. Rajagopal. It was released on 1st June 1998. Distribution rights for the motion picture were acquired by Gopurachithra.
