Mollys Game is a 2017 English-language Biography Crime film written and directed by Aaron Sorkin and produced by Mark Gordon, Amy Pascal and Matt Jackson. Molly Bloom, a beautiful young Olympic-class skier, ran the world's most exclusive high-stakes poker game for a decade before being arrested in the middle of the night by 17 FBI agents wielding automatic weapons. Her players included Hollywood royalty, sports stars, business titans, and finally, unbeknownst to her, the Russian mob. Her only ally was her criminal defense lawyer Charlie Jaffey, who learned that there was much to Molly than the tabloids led us to believe. Written by STX Entertainment. Mollys game stars Jessica Chastain in the title role along with an ensemble cast including Idris Elba, Kevin Costner, Michael Cera, Jeremy Strong, Chris O'dowd and Bill Camp. The screenplay is written by Aaron Sorkin which is inspired from Molly's Game by Molly Bloom. The music was composed by Daniel Pemberton. Cinematography was done by Charlotte Bruus Christensen and editing by Alan Baumgarten, Josh Schaeffer and Elliot Graham. The motion picture has a running time of 141 minutes. It was released on 4th January 2018. The Film was successful at box office. Mollys Game was made on a budget of $30 million and it was a hit at box office gross of $59 million. Distribution rights for the motion picture were acquired by STX Films.
