Mom is a 2018 Hindi-language Drama Thriller film written by Girish Kohli and Ravi Udyawar. The movie is directed by Ravi Udyawar and produced by Sunil Manchanda, Naresh Agarwal, Mukesh Talreja, Gautam Jain and Boney Kapoor under the banner of MAD Films in collaboration with Third Eye Pictures. Based on a true story of action superstar Conan Lee, I Love Mom is a story of how a son sacrificed his entire life to learn how to cure his gravely ill mom. After 17 years of struggle, he accomplished the impossible by curing his mom of the gravely ill disease. During this time, he also created an amazing nutritional supplement product. Tragedy struck and mom passed away from an accident not related to her illness. In honoring his mother's wishes, Conan Lee returned to making movies. This was the first film he made as actor, writer, producer, director, and executive producer. Written by Lloyd Hutchinson. The music was composed by Ar Rahman along with A. R. Rahman and Qutub-e-kripa. Cinematography was done by Anay Goswamy and editing by Monisha R. Baldawa. The film has a running time of 146 minutes. It was released on 3rd May 2018. Mom was made on a budget of ₹37 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹31 crore. Distribution rights for the film were acquired by Zee Studios.
