Monishaa en Monalisa is a 1999 Tamil-language Musical Romance film written by T. Rajendar and directed by T Rajendran and T. Rajendar and produced by T. Rajendar under the banner of Chimbu Cine Arts. Ramakanth madly loves Monisha and refuses to meet her till she too loves him. She, however, fails to reciprocate. When she is finally ready to meet the man she has never seen, fate plays a cruel hand. Monishaa en monalisa features Ramankanth in the lead role along with Mumtaj, Deepshika, Ravi Kishan, Vadivelu, T. Rajendar, Preeti and T Rajendran in supporting roles. The music was composed by T. Rajendar. Cinematography was done by T. Rajendar and editing by P. R. Shanmugam. It was released on 17th August 1999.
