Muqaddar is a 1996 Hindi-language Crime movie directed by T.l.v. Prasad and T L V Prasad and produced by Rajiv Babbar under the banner of Aabha Films. A gang war takes place between two rivals - Shiva and Parshuram. ACP Khurana is appointed to bring the city back to normal. But when Shiva plans to kill him, destiny has something different for him. Muqaddar stars Mithun Chakraborty, Ayesha Jhulka, Simran, Moushumi Chatterjee, Hemant Birje, Puneet Issar and Gurbachchan Singh. The music was composed by Anand Milind.
