Naam Pirandha Maan is a 1977 Tamil-language Drama Action film directed by A. Vincent and produced by Vijaya Arts under the banner of Vijaya Arts. Santhana Devan, a freedom fighter, secretly operates a gang to act against the British government. His cover is blown when his own sister is raped and murdered by a British officer. Naam pirandha maan stars Sivaji Ganesan in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including Gemini Ganesan, K. R. Vijaya, Kamal Haasan, Phataphat Jayalakshmi, Nagesh and K.r. Vijaya. The screenplay is written by A. Vincent and Vietnam Veedu Sundaram. The music was composed by M. S. Viswanathan. Cinematography was done by A. Venkat and editing by T. R. Sekhar. It was released on 7th October 1977.
