Rajan and Shakti Soundar Rajan and produced by S. P. B. Charan under the banner of Capital Film Works. A bank employee gets embroiled in a plan devised to rob the bank where he works. Naanayam stars S. P. Balasubrahmanyam, Ramya Raj, Yasmin, Prasanna Venkatesan, Sibiraj Sathyaraj and Balasubramaniam S.p. The music was composed by James Vasanthan along with Background Score: and S.
