The movie is directed by Sunhil Sippy and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar and Vikram Malhotra under the banner of T-Series in collaboration with Abundantia Entertainment. and follows an Indian journalist-writer Noor's misadventures and love life as she navigates her way through Mumbai. Noor features Sonakshi Sinha, Kanan Gill, Shibani Dandekar, Purab Kohli, Sunny Leone, Suchitra Pillai Malik and Aishwarrya Khanna. The screenplay is written by Althea Delmas-Kaushal, Shikhaa Sharma, Sunhil Sippy and Saba Imtiaz which is inspired from Karachi You're Killing Me! by Saba Imtiaz.
