On the Job is a 2013 Filipino-language Drama Biography movie written by Matt Whiteley and directed by Joshua Michael Stern and Erik Matti. The story of Steve Jobs' ascension from college dropout into one of the most revered creative entrepreneurs of the 20th century. On the job stars Gerald Anderson in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including Joel Torre, Joey Marquez, Angel Aquino, Shaina Magdayao, Empress Schuck and Leo Martinez. The screenplay is written by Michiko Yamamoto and Erik Matti. The music was composed by Erwin Romulo. Cinematography was done by Francis Ricardo Buhay III and editing by Jay Halili. The motion picture has a running time of 120 minutes. It was released on 15th August 2013. On the Job was made on a budget of ₹4 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₱13 million. Distribution rights for the movie were acquired by Star Cinema.
