Ormma is a 2019 Malayalam-language Drama Family movie written and directed by Suresh Thiruvalla and Mahashivan and produced by Suresh Thiruvalla, Madhavi Harishankar and Suseenthiran under the banner of Kala Films. Jayakrishnan, an activist who is relentlessly fighting for the cause of nature, marries an orphan girl Rajashree, against the will of his family. Things take a turn when he is killed. Ormma stars Harishankar in the title role along with an ensemble cast including Monica Chinnakotla, Gayathri Arun, Sooraj Kumar, Jayakrishnan, Baiju V.k. and Mahesh. The music was composed by Sagishna Xavier. Cinematography was done by Veda Selvam and editing by Mahashivan and Rajesh Kanna. The movie has a running time of 1-50 mins. It was released on 8th March 2019. Distribution rights for the movie were acquired by VT Cinemas.
