The movie is directed by Eddie Garcia and Ketan Desai and produced by Manmohan Desai. Paano ba ang mangarap? features Amitabh Bachchan in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including Meenakshi Sheshadri, Amrita Singh, Vilma Santos, Christopher De Leon, Amy Austria and Armida Siguion-reyna.
