Dharma is the local hoodlum in a small town in India, who terrorizes everyone in the town and forces them to pay him protection money.. Paap ki aandhi features Dharmendra, Aditya Pancholi, Farha Naaz, Amrita Singh, Kiran Kumar, Anjana Mumtaz and Sudhir Tarkar. The music was composed by Laxmikant Shantaram Kudalkar along with Pyarelal Ramprasad Sharma and Shankar-ehsaan-loy. It was released on 18th March 1991.
