Parikrama is a 1996 Bengali-language Drama film. 'Parikrma' is about a pilgrimage that is under taken by diverse people to the holy land of Mayapur. A widow and her son, a prostitute, her paramour, his wife, a shrewd and cunning money lender, his wife, people who want to kill the money lender, a thief, a gambler and a pious religious man Bhuvan are all a part of this pilgrimage which brings their life to full circle. They realize that surrender to Krishna or Chaitanya is the only source of joy. Parikrama stars Anil Chatterjee in the lead role along with Anupama Chatterjee, Indrani Dutta, Manoj Mitra, Debraj Ray, Moon Moon Sen and Sova Sen in supporting roles. It was released on 29th June 1996.
